LA FILM FESTIVAL BOX OFFICE:
Festival Corner is our main hub and is conveniently located just steps away from the ArcLight Culver City at 9248 Culver Blvd. All passes can be picked up here along with Will Call tickets for films being screened at ArcLight Culver City. Festival corner hours are as follows:
Saturday, September 15-19: 12pm - 8pm
Thursday, September 20-28: 10am - 11pm
The Box Office at other Festival venues will open one hour before the first screening of the day and close 30 minutes after the start of the last screening. Each Box Office will accept all major credit cards, cash and Festival vouchers, which can be exchanged for any screening of equal or lesser value. All venues will have a Will Call and Rush Line. LA Film Festival and Film Independent merchandise will be available for purchase at all our venues, except The Portal.

PASS & TICKET PICK-UP:
purchased on or before August 28 will be mailed to the address you provide. For passes purchased on or after August 29, your pass will be available for pick-up at Festival Corner, located just steps away from the ArcLight Culver City at 9428 Culver Blvd.
Tickets will be emailed to you upon completion of purchase. These tickets can be added to Apple or Google Wallet and be scanned from your phone at the theatre. If you select Will Call for ticket purchases, there will be a $1 surcharge per ticket and your tickets will be held at the venue of your first screening.
Tickets will be available for purchase online and at each venue Box Office. Tickets can be purchased for all films at any of our venues.
A film marked as Rush Line means tickets are no longer available for advance purchase. The day of the screening you may wait in Rush Line at the venue. 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time, tickets will be released on an as available basis. Tickets can only be purchased with cash or a Screening Voucher of equal or lesser value. Seating and admission are not guaranteed.
GENERAL TICKET & ADMISSION POLICIES:
Event passes and tickets are the property of Film Independent and are non-transferable, non-assignable and non-refundable. If, in the opinion of Film Independent management, the behavior of a badge, pass or ticket holder is considered inappropriate, Film Independent may revoke the badge, pass or ticket, in its sole discretion, without refund or credit. Upon revocation, the badge, pass or ticket holder must leave the premises immediately and will not be permitted to return to the event or attend any future Film Independent event.
PASS & TICKET FEES
There will be a $5.00 service fee for all pass purchases. For tickets held at Will Call, there is a $1 fee per ticket. Print-At-Home/Mobile option comes with no service fees.
All pass and ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges unless a screening or event is cancelled.
PRIORITY AND GENERAL ADMISSION LINES
Passes marked Priority Admission are admitted into screenings before other pass and ticket holders.
Passes marked General Admission, as well as individual ticket holders, are admitted to screenings after Priority Pass Holders.
NOTE: All passholders and tickets holders – including those marked Priority Admission – must be seated 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time. After this time, all unoccupied seats will be released to the Rush Line. Please take into account traffic and parking and allow plenty of time to get to the theater.
Screening vouchers can be exchanged at the Rush Line or the Festival box offices for screenings of equal or lesser value. Vouchers must be exchanged for a hard ticket to be allowed access into the screening.

Film submissions for the 2018 LA Film Festival are closed. Please check back later for key 2019 Festival dates and information.
For your safety, the following items such as large bags, suitcases, firearms and bladed weapons are not allowed into the Festival. Please stay alert and do not leave any bags unattended. Report all suspicious behavior and any unattended bags to the Festival staff.
